Beauty is in the eye of the Beholder
If Seattle is all about community, why would they want to tear down something that brings
people together? It not only brings together adults, but youth as well. “Community” it’s where
we come together. This is where a lot of our cultural events take place, such as tournaments,
annual youth conference, clear sky youth group. These are only a few examples of the activities
that happen at this school. Where will we go if this place is torn down? What will the kids
do? We already know what has happened to the kids/students who have went here for their
academics. They sent them to the Northgate mall for school! Now why would you send your
child to a mall?
Andrew Morrison is a big contributor to Indian Heritage. His murals are not only beautiful but
inspiring to people all around Seattle. Even people from other states who visit here, Indian
Heritage has been around for years and years and is a big part in a lot of people’s lives in Seattle
and all over Washington. Why take away such a beautiful place in the community that has
changed people’s lives not only for a little bit, but for their whole lives?
